Job summary

The role requires an Associate Degree in laboratory science or military training with 2 years of high complexity testing experience; MT/MLS (ASCP) or equivalent certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in laboratory science or military training with 2 years of high complexity testing experience.
• Military course or equivalently certified laboratory staff are considered.
• Certification such as MT/MLS (ASCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all laboratory functions including testing and quality control.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain competency assessments for staff.
• Coordinate on-site training for Medical Technologist and Medical Lab Technician students and new hires.
• Relate with Laboratory administration and support continuous staff development.
