MatX is building world-class AI hardware and accelerators in Mountain View, CA. This role owns the micro-architecture and RTL for compute blocks, driving end-to-end silicon design from concept to tapeout with cross-functional collaboration.

You will contribute to architecture-to-design methodologies, supervise sign-off-ready designs, and partner with verification, DFT, and physical design teams to optimize performance, power, and area.

Formación

• At least 5 years of silicon design experience.
• Taped out chips across multiple generations.
• Experience with SystemVerilog, Python, C/C++ in chip design flows.
• Ability to ramp on Bluespec; functional-programming background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to silicon architecture-to-design methodology across blocks, subsystems, and fullchip design.
• Own subsystems and deliverables from micro-architecture to sign-off-ready design.
• Plan and drive reviews on micro-architecture, design specifications, execution progress, and tapeout milestones.
• Collaborate with verification, DFT, and physical design teams for performance and PPA improvements.
