Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Service Technician II to perform general maintenance, repairs and preventative maintenance on MHE, automated systems, and conveyors across customer sites. Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and record-keeping skills are essential for this role.

You'll work with OEM software, service manuals, and OEM wiring diagrams, coordinating with site managers and Parts to minimize downtime and ensure safety and compliance with OSHA standards while delivering reliable

Qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D. or tech school graduate required.
• 2-4 years mechanic experience with MHE, automated systems, and conveyors preferred.
• ASE Certification or electrical journeyman cert preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule PMs for fleet equipment and keep records up to date.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on MHE and conveyors.
• Communicate with site managers about equipment status and timelines.
• Meet performance metrics like first-time fix rates and PM completion.
• Use OEM software and manuals to diagnose and repair issues.
