Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Service Technician I to perform general maintenance, repairs and preventive upkeep on material handling equipment, automated systems and conveyors. You will create work orders, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and ensure compliance with OEM specs while traveling up to 25% of the time.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of mechanic experience, read schematics, and can work independently or with a team, while maintaining safety and quality in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of mechanic experience preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems on equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs corrective and preventive maintenance on MHE, batteries, and conveyors.
• Schedules PMs and maintains PM records in the maintenance system.
• Troubleshoots engines, hydraulic and electrical systems on equipment.
• Creates and processes work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Communicates with Parts and maintains repair records.
• Ensures safety equipment tests meet OSHA standards and site KPIs.
