Job summary

Kenco Fleet Services is seeking a Service Technician II to perform general maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance on material handling equipment, automated systems, and conveyors. You will schedule PMs, document service activities, and coordinate parts while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting, familiarity with OEM software and service manuals, and the ability to work with customers and vendors across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school preferred.
• Experience with maintenance of material handling equipment, automated systems, and conveyors is beneficial.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic schematics and use OEM manuals.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Planned Maintenance (PM) for all Fleet Services Equipment, automated systems and conveyors.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on MHE, batteries, and conveyors.
• Communicate status, delays, and needs to site managers and operations leaders.
• Maintain accurate service and inventory records and coordinate parts as needed.
• Inspect equipment and safety devices to ensure OSHA and manufacturer compliance.
