Job summary

Kenco Group in the United States is seeking a Service Technician II to perform general maintenance, repairs and preventive maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment across our fleet services sites. You will manage PM scheduling, diagnose issues using OEM software, coordinate parts, and communicate status with site leadership to meet service targets and safety requirements.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of mechanical experience, relevant ASE or electrical journeyman

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2-4 years of mechanic experience preferred.
• ASE and electrical journeyman certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule PMs for all forklift services equipment and keep PM records.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on MHE and batteries.
• Communicate equipment status and timelines with site leaders.
• Navigate OEM software to diagnose and program equipment.
• Ensure 80% technician efficiency and 100% PM completion monthly.
• Inspect safety devices and ensure OSHA compliance.
