• Build and maintain financial models including cash flows and debt schedules; analyze potential transaction structures.
• Prepare investment memorandums and analyses for internal discussions and approvals.
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence coordination and documentation review.
• Monitor portfolio investments and identify credit risks and opportunities.
