You will build financial models, assess leverage and debt capacity, and contribute to investment memoranda and deal execution while collaborating with senior professionals in a fast-paced private credit environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree from a strong academic institution.
• About 2+ years in private credit, investment banking, leveraged finance, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and credit underwriting skills.
• Understanding of financial statements, debt structures, and credit risk.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have established ties to Texas and be based in Houston.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate new investment opportunities through financial analysis, credit underwriting, and industry research.
• Build and maintain financial models to assess company performance, cash flow, leverage, and debt capacity.
• Conduct due diligence and evaluate business fundamentals, capital structures, and downside risks.
• Prepare investment memoranda and materials for investment committee review.
• Support transaction execution, including deal structuring and documentation.
• Monitor existing portfolio investments and assess ongoing credit performance.
• Work closely with senior team members throughout the investment process.
