Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3 years of real estate investment, acquisitions, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
• Understanding of real estate valuation methods, investment returns, and financial statements.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and underwriting of potential real estate acquisitions and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain financial models, including discounted cash flow analyses and return projections.
• Evaluate investments through market research and property analysis.
• Assist with due diligence, including reviewing financial statements, rent rolls, and expenses.
• Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports to support decisions.
• Monitor financial performance of assets and assist portfolio reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners through acquisition and asset management.
• Track market trends, valuations, and real estate investment metrics.
