Qualifications

• The candidate has 2–4 years of investment banking experience from a leading global or elite boutique bank.
• Experience with restructuring / RX, leveraged finance / LevFin, or credit/distressed-focused IB is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling and ability to analyze complex capital structures.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new investment opportunities across special situations and opportunistic credit.
• Build and review detailed financial models including downside, recovery, liquidity, and restructuring analyses.
• Analyze capital structures, credit agreements, leverage, liquidity, and enterprise value.
• Conduct company, industry, competitive, and situational research to form differentiated investment views.
• Prepare investment memoranda for internal discussions and support transaction execution.
• Monitor portfolio companies and assist in ongoing management of investments.
