The firm partners with private equity sponsors, independent sponsors, and management teams to provide flexible capital solutions supporting acquisitions, growth initiatives, recapitalisations, and ownership transitions.

The Senior Analyst will play an important role within the investment team, supporting the evaluation, underwriting, and execution of investment opportunities while gaining exposure to the full transaction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, credit underwriting, and financial modelling to evaluate prospective investment opportunities.
• Perform due diligence on potential borrowers, analysing financial performance, business models, cash flow generation, capital structures, and downside risks.
• Build and maintain financial models, including cash flow projections, debt repayment schedules, and investment return analyses.
• Analyse potential transaction structures, with a focus on mezzanine debt, subordinated debt, and minority equity investments.
• Prepare investment memorandums, credit analyses, and materials for internal investment discussions and approval processes.
• Support transaction execution, including due diligence coordination, financial analysis, and documentation review.
• Monitor existing portfolio investments, track financial performance, and identify potential credit risks and opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

The firm is prioritising candidates with an existing private credit, mezzanine lending, or junior capital investment background. Professionals with relevant experience in leveraged finance investment banking or debt advisory will also be considered.
