Job summary

NXP is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to perform both scheduled and unscheduled upkeep in the ATMC Metrology Equipment area. You will maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication tools and perform troubleshooting across electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.

Responsibilities include documentation, training others, and clear communication. Candidates should have strong metrology experience and be able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in the semiconductor industry with metrology/defect exposure.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
• Education or experience equivalence acceptable for electronics maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in ATMC Metrology Equipment area.
• Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in Metrology.
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Complete documentation and train others on equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms during duties.
• Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as required.
