Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in ATMC Photo/Metro/AMHS Equipment area.
• Maintain, repair, upgrade, and monitor wafer fabrication equipment in Metrology tools.
• Troubleshoot electrical/electronic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems; conduct consumable changes.
• Document work and train others on equipment maintenance.
• Communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
• Work standing up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
