You will develop controlled, repeatable CMM programs, establish fixturing standards, and prove measurement system integrity through MSA/Gage R&R studies. The role involves collaborating with the CMM programmer, ensuring readiness for new programs, and transferring knowledge so capabilities are shared across the team.

Formación

• Deep CMM programming and GD&T interpretation skills.
• MSA/Gage R&R judgment to distinguish measurement error from part variation.
• Experience building metrology standards, programs, and fixturing.

Responsabilidades

• Own metrology standards for new and existing part families with version-controlled CMM programs.
• Develop inspection fixtures that locate parts repeatably regardless of operator.
• Demonstrate measurement-system repeatability via Gage R&R before claiming capability.
• Stand up documented, proven inspection on new families quickly to meet production commitments.
• Co-develop standards with the CMM programmer to ensure knowledge transfer.
