Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence seeks a Lead Metering Control System Engineer to support Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems. You will lead engineering, configuration, and setup of Flow Computers, meter runs, and related reporting to ensure safe and efficient operations in Oil & Gas and Utilities.

Applicants should have 8–10 years of experience in industrial automation, hands-on work with OMNI/Emerson/ABB/Honeywell platforms, and strong custody transfer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in industrial automation or control systems.
• Hands-on experience with MCS, FCS, PLC systems, and SCADA.
• Strong knowledge of custody transfer and fiscal metering principles and reporting.
• Proven experience in engineering, configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Flow Computers.
• Experience with OMNI, Emerson/Daniel, ABB/SpiritIT Flow-X, Honeywell or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to translate requirements into URS, FDS, control narratives, and FAT/SAT procedures.
• Experience leading FAT, IFAT, SAT, commissioning, start-up, and handover activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering, configuration, and setup of Flow Computers and metering systems.
• Configure meter runs, communication maps, security levels, diagnostics, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with custody transfer and metering standards and procedures.
• Prepare for and lead FAT, IFAT, SAT, commissioning and start-up activities.
• Support system integration with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and third-party systems.
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of flow computer issues.
