Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or related field.
• Minimum of four years' experience in semiconductor processes or process integration.
• Experience in a high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environment preferred; other industries considered.

Responsibilities

• Respond to critical fab events with containment speed and resolution.
• Generate reports (e.g., 8D) detailing root cause and corrective actions.
• Develop experiments and ideas to drive continuous improvement.
• Monitor processes/equipment and take action on abnormal trends.
• Create/update SOPs to standardize flows and improve methods.
