Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a focus on Meta campaigns and lead generation.

You will translate data into actionable recommendations, lead client calls, monitor results, and serve as the primary contact for your clients. You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client results, relationships, and retention, driving growth and performance

Qualifications

4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing calls.
Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for clients.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as primary contact.
Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance and strategy.
Prepare and send performance reports ahead of calls.
Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
Build relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
