Job summary

Clients Blackbox in the United States is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Paid Media Lead to own client performance across Meta advertising, strategy, copy, and testing. You will manage a portfolio of accounts, lead client calls, and drive pipeline with qualified appointments.

You'll write direct-response copy for financial services audiences, develop testing strategies across audiences and offers, and collaborate with video editors while using AI to accelerate copy development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills, including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships that support retention and referrals.
