Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own a portfolio of client accounts from strategy through execution, with a focus on Meta advertising and lead generation for high-net-worth prospects.

This hands-on role requires managing campaigns, client calls, performance reporting, tracking setup, and cross-functional collaboration to drive retention, renewals, and referrals. Remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
