Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, contribute to ad messaging, and be the primary contact for clients.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and drive client results, relationships, and retention while coordinating across budgets, audiences, and creative testing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary client contact.
• Lead bi-weekly calls on performance, strategy, priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before meetings.
• Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointment bookings.
