Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and testing. You will write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, lead testing, and manage client relationships from onboarding through retention.

You will work with a manager and be accountable for performance, relationships, and progress across multiple client accounts, including budgeting, reporting, and funnel optimization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Strong direct-response copywriting and testing skills.
• Experience with tracking pixels and conversion events.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports ahead of scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and identify changes to improve results.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and variables.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events; enable Calendly, Zapier, and lead routing workflows.
• Collaborate with editors and provide clear creative direction; use AI tools to accelerate copy work.
