Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, and creative testing. You will craft direct-response copy, VSL scripts, and testing plans while communicating with clients to improve retention and growth.

You will manage multiple accounts end-to-end, optimize spend, and develop funnel strategies with data-driven decisions. This remote, national role offers growth in a performance-driven agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while boosting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ads and video scripts.
• Experience creating and testing creative concepts, hooks, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and lead client conversations.
• Build and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointments.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, and messaging.
• Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts for financial services.
• Set up tracking, pixels, Calendly, Zapier, and lead-routing workflows.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations for clients.
