Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior performance marketer to own client accounts end to end, including strategy, Meta campaigns, copywriting, and funnel optimization.

You will lead client conversations, develop testing strategies, and diagnose performance gaps across the funnel. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta, strong copywriting, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining client relationships and retention.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills for ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send bi-weekly performance reports at least 24 hours before scheduled calls.
• Translate performance data into clear recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build strong client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Identify and address account risks and opportunities.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and determine changes to improve results.
• Develop structured testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and campaign variables.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video sales letter scripts for financial services audiences.
• Collaborate with video editors and provide creative direction.
• Use AI tools to accelerate research and copy development while maintaining quality.
