Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a senior paid media strategist to own client performance across media buying, strategy, messaging, creative testing, and client communication.

You will lead end-to-end campaigns, craft direct-response copy and VSL scripts, and develop testing strategies to improve funnel performance. You will own a portfolio of client accounts, lead bi-weekly client calls, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while retaining clients.
• Strong direct-response copywriting including ad copy and scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking pixels and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Client Strategy & Relationships: Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic point of contact.
• Paid Media Performance: Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking; manage budgets and testing.
• Copy & Creative Strategy: Write direct-response ad copy and VSL scripts; develop hooks and messaging variations.
• Tracking & Funnel Execution: Set up tracking, pixels, conversions, Calendly/Zapier integrations, and diagnose funnel problems.
