Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. in Dallas seeks a senior hands-on performance marketer to own a portfolio of client accounts end to end. You will lead client conversations, manage Meta performance, write direct-response copy and VSL scripts, and develop testing strategies across the funnel.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client performance, relationships, and retention, with remote-work options and a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta campaigns.
• Experience leading client-facing strategy conversations and relationships.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while retaining clients.
• Strong direct-response copywriting for ads and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts and hooks.
• Experience with conversion tracking and basic marketing automation.
• Excellent communication, organization, analytics, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, testing priorities, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate performance data into actionable recommendations and decisions.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, and campaigns.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and bookings.
• Set up tracking, pixels, Calendly/Zapier integrations, and lead routing workflows.
