Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist to own client performance across Meta campaigns, strategy, messaging, and creative testing.

You will lead client conversations, write compelling copy and VSL scripts, and design testing strategies to optimize funnels. You will manage multiple client accounts end-to-end, report on performance, and drive improvements in ROAS while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on paid media experience with substantial Meta advertising responsibility.
• Experience handling multiple client accounts and leading client strategy conversations.
• Proven ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Strong direct-response copywriting skills including ad copy and video scripts.
• Experience developing and testing creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and act as the primary strategic contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and strategic decisions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
• Oversee budgets, audiences, bid strategies, account structure, and creative testing.
• Write direct-response ad copy and video scripts for financial services audiences.
• Develop testing strategies across audiences, offers, messaging, creative, and campaigns.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Coordinate Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead-routing workflows.
