Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, focusing on Meta advertising for Registered Investment Advisors.

You’ll manage a portfolio, lead bi-weekly client calls, monitor results, and translate data into actionable recommendations for high-net-worth prospects. You’ll report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client results, relationships, and retention, while

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to meet performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and produce performance reports.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals and referrals.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead gen and appointments.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bids, testing, and campaign variables.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure client results and growth.
