Job summary

Clients Blackbox is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution, with a strong emphasis on Meta advertising and high-net-worth lead generation.

You will manage campaigns, lead bi-weekly calls, prepare performance reports, and translate data into actionable recommendations for clients. This role supports retention and growth and requires tracking and automation work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with a focus on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Ability to drive campaigns toward defined performance targets while supporting retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking pixels and basic marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and present performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send performance reports 24 hours before calls.
• Translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention, renewals, and referrals.
• Set up and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation and appointments.
