Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Senior Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts, manage Meta campaigns, and drive performance.

You will lead client calls, deliver bi-weekly reports, and translate campaign data into actionable recommendations for financial-advisor clients. You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and own relationships, results, and retention across a portfolio of accounts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience focusing on Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client calls.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls on performance, strategy, and next steps.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build client relationships to support retention and referrals.
• Set up and troubleshoot tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automations, and lead routing.
• Monitor campaigns daily and adjust for cost-per-appointment.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and improve results.
• Test audiences, messaging, and creative for better performance.
• Contribute to ad copy and campaign messaging.
