Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Senior Media Buyer (Meta Ads) for a fully remote role aligned to U.S. business hours. You will own strategy, setup, optimization, and scaling of Facebook/Instagram campaigns across multiple client accounts, driving ROAS while reducing CAC.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, client communication, and close collaboration with creatives and teams. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of hands-on Meta experience, manage $10k+ monthly ad spend, and excel at cross-account

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Proven experience managing $10,000+ per month in ad spend.
• Experience managing five or more client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and Event Tracking.
• Experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize.
• Experience developing creative strategies and writing briefs.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Monitor spend, ROAS, CPL, CPA, and conversion metrics daily.
• Test audiences, offers, creatives, landing pages, and strategies.
• Develop creative concepts and write briefs for designers/editors.
• Present performance updates to clients and internal teams with clear recommendations.
• Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining efficiency and client relationships.
• Stay updated with Meta platform changes and testing opportunities.
