City of Atlanta is seeking an Airport Server Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for the city’s email messaging infrastructure, including Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Teams, Proofpoint, SMTP relays and related protocols. The role designs and supports messaging solutions, sets standards, resolves complex issues, and helps deploy new capabilities across the enterprise.

Responsabilidades

• Admins support messaging systems including Exchange, Office 365, Teams, Proofpoint, and SMTP relays.
• Integrate Microsoft technologies with Active Directory, MFA, and on-premises networks.
• Install, integrate, and maintain security systems and Windows Server environments.
• Support high-availability and disaster recovery configurations for Microsoft services.
• Diagnose and resolve mail routing issues and Office 365 problems.
• Design, plan and manage deployment of new technologies.
• Plan and implement Active Directory migrations.
• Monitor systems for availability and performance, document procedures.
• Provide admin support for mail, databases, file services, antivirus, backup, monitoring.
