Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a consulting leader to take end-to-end ownership of international MES and Manufacturing Transformation programs across multiple sites. You will coordinate business, IT, Quality, sites, vendors, and system integrators to ensure successful delivery through design, rollout, and stabilization.

You will shape governance, manage scope, budget, risks, and dependencies, and drive validation and regulatory alignment (GxP) in complex, global projects.

Qualifications

• Consulting experience in leading complex international programs in life sciences/pharma.
• Strong knowledge of MES and Manufacturing IT and hands-on implementation experience.
• Experience with Quality, Automation/OT, ERP/SAP interfaces and multi-site rollout.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of international MES and Manufacturing Transformation programs across multi-site implementations.
• Lead governance, solution design, and rollout through go-live and stabilization.
• Coordinate with business, IT, Quality, sites, vendors and system integrators to ensure delivery.
