Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology in Austin, TX, seeks a Senior Manager of MES to lead MES strategy, deployment, and ongoing optimization across our manufacturing facilities, enabling real-time production visibility and strong data governance.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Quality to standardize MES across sites, drive KPI dashboards, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor a multi-site team of MES engineers and analysts.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in MES, manufacturing systems, or production IT.
• 10+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Hands-on MES implementation or support in production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute MES strategy across manufacturing sites.
• Lead design, deployment, and upgrade of MES solutions.
• Oversee cross-site MES programs and KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data governance.
