Padagis LLC is seeking an experienced MES Program Lead to own the MES/EBR program, drive strategy, and govern digital manufacturing initiatives. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and Validation to ensure compliant, scalable MES solutions that improve efficiency and data visibility.

The role emphasizes governance, validation, risk management, and continuous improvement, with a focus on right-first-time performance and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 6+ years in highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• GMP and Data Integrity experience required.
• Strong knowledge of CSV methodologies and lifecycle documents.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with stakeholders.
• Experience with change control, deviations, CAPA, regulatory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead MES strategy, program governance, and roadmap execution.
• Oversee MES development, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure compliance, validation, and data integrity across MES/EBR.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, IT, and vendors.
• Provide technical leadership during investigations of MES issues.
• Drive continuous improvement and user enablement for MES.
