Tata Consultancy Services in Plano, TX seeks a senior program leader to drive large-scale MES and Industry 4.0 transformations across manufacturing operations. The role requires coordinating with business and IT leaders, overseeing multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering measurable value in efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities include governance, budget tracking, KPI oversight, and advancing AI-enabled MOM solutions across cloud and edge architectures.

Formación

• Experience leading end‑to‑end MES and Industry 4.0 transformation programs from due diligence through value realization.
• Techno-functional SME in Manufacturing Operations Management (Production, Quality, Inventory, Maintenance, Energy).
• Hands on experience architecting NexGen MOM solutions (MES integration with OT/Enterprise, On-Prem, Edge + Cloud).
• Experience with MES (Pref. GE Proficy MES) with SQL, Historian, OPC, OT & ERP integrations; predictive/Industrial AI use cases.

Responsabilidades

• Act as single point of contact for the customer (Business & IT VPs) for the overall engagement.
• Review program charter, operating model, RACI, and governance against scope.
• Track KPIs and delivery metrics across engagements; manage RAID, risks, and benefits.
• Drive AI adoption across programs to improve team productivity and deliver MOM AI use cases.
