HCLTech seeks an experienced Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing Solutions Expert with deep MES, Digital Manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 capabilities. The role focuses on architecture, pre-sales, and large-scale MES transformations for Automotive/Industrial sectors.

Responsibilities include solution design across Siemens Opcenter, Apriso, Rockwell, and OSI PI, plus AI/data analytics integration and client engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Manufacturing IT, MES, or related areas.
• Strong Automotive/Manufacturing domain knowledge and MES experience.
• Experience with enterprise-scale MES/MOM implementations and multi-site programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead solutioning and architecture of MES and Digital Manufacturing solutions for Automotive and Industrial clients.
• Design solutions leveraging major MES platforms (Siemens Opcenter, Dassault Apriso, Rockwell, OSI PI).
• Drive technical solutioning and business development with sales and delivery teams.
• Develop estimates and approaches for large, complex MES implementations across multiple sites.
• Translate business requirements into scalable MES/MOM/Digital Manufacturing solutions.
