Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking a Senior Engineer in Technology to own end-to-end AMS delivery for manufacturing applications, including SAP ERP/ECC, MES, and CAD/PLM tooling. You will lead a team of application managers and SMEs, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence and driving continuous improvement across the portfolio.

This role requires deep experience in manufacturing IT landscapes, governance processes, and regulatory alignment.

Qualificações

• Experience owning end-to-end AMS delivery across manufacturing application lifecycle.
• Proficient in SAP ERP/ECC, MES systems, and CAD/PLM tooling integration.
• Knowledge of regulatory/quality frameworks (21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485) and audit readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end AMS delivery across the manufacturing application lifecycle, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence across L1, L2, and L3 support tiers.
• Manage portfolio health across SAP ERP/ECC and shop-floor/MES systems, plus CAD/PLM tooling and quality/metrology systems.
• Lead a team of application managers and SMEs; drive governance cadences and portfolio reporting.
