Job summary

North Point Technology seeks a MES Business Analyst to design, evaluate, and enhance Manufacturing Execution Systems for clients. The role focuses on collecting requirements, mapping processes, and driving MES improvements to optimize information management and analytics.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and bring 7+ years of IT experience with MES implementations. Travel up to 50% (local and international) may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of IT experience.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in industrial software services functions.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience designing or implementing MES applications.
• Experience with MES traceability and quality applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, locally and internationally.
• English proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and lead the implementation of MES.
• Engage IT personnel to resolve MES issues.
• Perform requirements gathering and gap analysis.
• Define functional requirements through client interviews and process mapping.
• Estimate technical effort for MES solutions.
