Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Business Development Representative II to join the Proactive Sales channel. The role focuses on selling a suite of merchant services to current and prospective clients, meeting monthly and annual production goals through multiple communication channels.

As part of the SMB Payments organization, you will cultivate opportunities from inbound leads and referrals, act as a trusted advisor, and coordinate with internal partners to deliver banking and payment processing

Qualifications

Experience selling merchant services or payments solutions.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients at all levels.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

Cultivate new business opportunities from inbound leads, referrals, and marketing programs.
Identify and self-source client opportunities through networks to pursue new business clients.
Serve as trusted advisor, recommending and promoting banking and payment solutions to ensure a seamless client experience.
Execute a short sales cycle with a high velocity of leads.
Communicate with decision-makers to evaluate needs and propose solutions from our payment portfolio.
Regularly conduct calls with prospects and existing clients to maintain engagement and close opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate electronic records.
