Job summary

Sunbit in Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid; 2-3 days in Westwood) or San Francisco, CA, seeks a hands-on Senior Consumer Marketing Manager, Merchant Partners to own lifecycle programs across core merchant verticals. You will drive acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and ongoing usage, turning strategy into campaigns that move the numbers.

This B2B2C role requires 6+ years in partner marketing, strong PM skills, and hands-on experience with enterprise email platforms (Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo).

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B or partner marketing with lifecycle focus.
• Proven ability to build and ship campaigns end to end.
• Experience coordinating many stakeholders and projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute marketing programs across core verticals for merchant acquisition, activation, onboarding, and lifecycle.
• Partner with teams to run prospect campaigns and hit lead targets across target industries.
• Improve onboarding journeys to reduce friction and accelerate time-to-first-transaction.
• Launch and scale associate lifecycle programs with incentives and toolkits.
• Own campaign calendars, briefs, and vendor relationships, keeping multiple programs on track.
• Collaborate with product and strategy to bring new products to market with clear messaging.
• Design ongoing usage initiatives with account management to drive growth.
• Use data and funnels to track lifecycle ROI and optimize outcomes.
