Job summary

Sunbit is seeking a Senior Consumer Marketing Manager for Embedded Finance in Los Angeles. This hybrid role focuses on driving partner co-marketing, merchant onboarding, and usage across multiple verticals, including automotive and dental.

You will own merchant awareness, onboarding playbooks, and education programs while supporting sales with platform partners. Expect collaboration with product, marketing, design, and legal teams to scale Sunbit’s ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B performance, partner, or product marketing.
• Experience working with partner organizations, external marketing teams and vendors.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate initiatives across stakeholders.
• Strategic and analytical - ability to synthesize and use data to drive decisions.
• Growth mindset and proactive ownership of projects.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with platform ecosystems, SaaS partnerships, or embedded fintech a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with priority platform partners to understand their software ecosystems, identify co-marketing opportunities, integrations, and drive merchant adoption.
• Lead go-to-market marketing strategies and execution for platform integrations and initiatives, balancing big-picture campaign planning with detail-oriented delivery.
• Design, launch, and scale partner playbooks and merchant onboarding workflows to accelerate time-to-first-transaction and ensure consistent, high-impact platform support through the merchant’s lifecycle.
• Create and scale partner & merchant-facing assets that enable seamless partner integration and merchant usage, including co-branded campaign toolkits, email nurtures, landing pages, script guides, and FAQs.
• Use data and campaign analytics to monitor partner engagement, track merchant activation velocity, and continuously optimize program effectiveness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, operations, product, marketing, design, and legal teams.
