You will strategize seasonal assortments based on brand knowledge, customer insights, and market trends, optimizing performance and in-store experiences. You will lead collaboration with planning, stores ops, marketing and visual teams to execute brand vision, mentor talent, and share best practices company-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in Brand Development and Merchandise Buying with 1–2 years of management experience.
• Multi-category experience preferred.
• Proven track record for high volume or complex growth and bottom-line results.
• Ability to innovate change through visionary thinking.
• Excellent taste level with a cohesive fashion viewpoint.
• Strong leadership to inspire a team with integrity and trust.
• Strong presentation, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Intimate understanding of competition, target customer and brand trends.
• Ability to mentor and train associates and assistants.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams and drive day-to-day communication.
• Develop and maintain relationships with design, production and planning partners.
• Review and approve color/size/store investments and action plans.
• Collaborate with design, sourcing and production to execute product details.
• Drive in-season education, marketing and visual requests for the category.
• Monitor competitive landscape and market insights to identify growth.
• Lead weekly cross-functional WIPS meetings.
• Influence sourcing and speed strategies with production planning.
