Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 6 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 8 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
• 3 years’ supervisory experience.
• 3 years’ experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.

• Lead long-term strategic initiatives with SBUs to align financial targets with Walmart US goals.
• Analyze business performance, identify gaps, and provide actionable insights for decision-making and risk management.
• Oversee financial controls and reporting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
• Develop complex financial models and prepare presentations for executive management.
• Manage financial consolidation and reporting, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely delivery.
• Drive business strategy development by evaluating costs, forecasts, and operational processes.
• Foster talent development through recruitment, mentoring, and succession planning.
