Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is required.
• 4 years’ experience in retail, merchandising, forecasting, or related area OR 6 years’ experience.
• Experience in category management and financial forecasting is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting for sales, inventory and item-level projections.
• Develop category-level financial targets, forecasts, and budgets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for category strategy, assortment planning, and promotions.
• Support vendor negotiations with financial analysis and risk assessments.
• Mentor and develop team members to drive performance.
• Drive line review improvements to enhance effectiveness.
