Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 4-7 years of experience in business analytics, sales & operations management, or supply chain analytics.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales, inventory, service and operational performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and reports that provide visibility into key S&OE performance indicators and support leadership decision-making.
• Analyze forecast accuracy, demand trends, and sales performance to identify risks, opportunities, and variances; support demand planning and forecast accuracy.
• Support the S&OE process by analyzing forecast performance, customer demand, inventory levels, and operational execution to align across functions.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, reporting accuracy, and business performance.
• Leverage BI tools, ERP systems, S&OP software, and data analytics to improve decision-making and performance.
• Identify potential risks through data analysis and support mitigation planning to ensure smooth operations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and others to communicate insights and support execution of priorities.
• Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects by gathering data, conducting analysis, tracking progress, and communicating results to stakeholders.
