Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Raleigh, NC seeks a Merchandising Training Manager to shape and run our learning programs, drive capability building, and improve merchandising excellence across the enterprise.

You will lead content creation, deliver training for new hires and partners, enable trainers, and measure impact with KPIs. This hybrid role collaborates across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and measuring enterprise-scale training programs.
• Ability to translate operations into clear learning solutions.
• Experience leading training strategy and system rollouts.
• Proven capability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define annual training roadmaps, learning paths, and competency frameworks.
• Design and update training materials including playbooks, eLearning, videos, and instructor-led content.
• Deliver training sessions virtually and in person; oversee system rollouts and changes.
• Partner with owners to ensure adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Establish KPIs, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement.
