Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring for a Merchandise Vendor Subsidy Programs Manager to lead the management of subsidy programs and provide financial analysis for merchandising leadership. You will interact with Merchandising VPs and field teams to implement solutions that improve profitability, supported by SQL, Python, SharePoint, and Power BI.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, SharePoint, PowerBI and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full management of merchandising vendor subsidy programs and related activities.
• Collaborate with Merchandising VPs, merchants, SSC, and IT to improve profitability and processes.
• Lead annual ABA renewal and Vendor chargeback initiatives; develop reporting and metrics with Finance.
