Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Support role to help drive product performance and financial goals. You’ll collaborate with stores, Merchandising, Inventory and Logistics teams, and vendors daily to optimize sales initiatives and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in General Business or related field and 1–4 years in purchasing/merchandising. Proficiency in Excel, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in General Business or related field required or substitution via relevant experience per policy
• 1–4 years in purchasing, buying, merchandising, brand management, marketing, store operations or related field
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate to advanced Excel)
• Must be detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with stores to collect feedback and address requests
• Support the assigned buyer/product group aligned with company financial goals
• Ensure vendor and product documentation is complete and filed appropriately
• Coordinate with vendors on purchase orders, logistics and discrepancies
• Maintain current SKU data, costs and retail data
• Enter purchase orders, proformas, and vendor information accurately
• Monitor orders (international and domestic) including new store and replenishment orders
• Reconcile invoice and receiving discrepancies with accounting
• Assist in product line reviews, research, analysis, and presentations
