Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a data-driven Merchandising Subsidy Programs Manager to lead vendor subsidy initiatives and provide financial analysis in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will work with Merchandising VPs, merchants, and cross-functional teams to optimize profitability through data-driven solutions. The role requires strong SQL/Python skills, experience with SharePoint and PowerBI, and advanced Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in retail with heavy emphasis in merchandising
• Strong technical skill: SQL, Python, SharePoint, PowerBI and advanced Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work cross-functionally
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Responsabilités

• Manage merchandising vendor subsidy programs and related operational activities
• Communicate with stakeholders to bill, collect earned income, and resolve inquiries
• Support field operations to resolve RTVs and vendor chargebacks
• Develop and improve reporting and financial analysis to drive profitability
