Floor & Decor is seeking a Merchandising Subsidy Programs Lead to manage vendor subsidy programs and provide financial analysis to drive profitability. You will interact with Merchandising VPs and department Merchants and collaborate with suppliers, Accounting, Store Ops, Finance, DCs, and IT to implement effective solutions.

The role emphasizes strong quantitative and qualitative skills, with knowledge in SQL, Python, SharePoint, and MS Office, to improve processes in a dynamic retail

Responsibilities

• Oversee full management of merchandising vendor subsidy programs and operations.
• Coordinate with field operations to resolve RTVs and related issues.
• Facilitate vendor chargebacks and SOW alignment with DCs.
• Lead annual ABA renewal processes for merchandising.
• Analyze data to identify and implement subsidy profitability improvements.
• Develop stakeholder engagement and advance technical solutions (Python, SQL, SharePoint, MS Office).
• Support leadership with financial analysis and forecasting; manage reporting and business metrics.
